About the Journal

The "TSUL Legal Report" journal was established in 2020.

In September 2023, the journal was included by the Higher Attestation Commission in the list of national scientific publications recommended for publishing the main scientific results of dissertations for the degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Doctor of Science (DSc) in legal sciences.

The scientific journal is included in the US-based Crossref.org system, and each article is assigned a separate DOI number. Based on the requirements for journals included in the Scopus database, the text of each article is published divided into structural parts such as abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion. The references in the article are formatted according to the APA style.

The editorial board consists of local and foreign experts. The journal has implemented procedures such as checking articles for plagiarism using the Turnitin program and conducting anonymous examination (double-blind peer review) based on unified requirements. Articles are accepted through the unified electronic platform – https://e-researcher.uz/.
